Description of Provider Networks

Employee Assistance Network

New Avenues Employee Assistance Network (EAP) consists of highly skilled licensed Masters and Doctoral level clinicians experienced in short term, solution focused mental health and substance abuse interventions to help people resolve personal, family, and work related adjustment issues within a brief model. This counseling approach is not considered just "short." We recognize that it requires a high level of skills to facilitate member’s ability to quickly identify goals and strengths to address their issues, and facilitate interventions to assist people in meeting their objectives effectively. Most counseling occurs within 3-8 EAP sessions depending on the specific contract of the member's employer.

To meet the demands of our employer clients, the EAP network also consists of “specialized provider networks” these networks represent clinicians that are trained or certified in the following areas:

  • Critical Incident Response
  • Management Referrals, through our Focus on Success Management Program
  • Financial Counseling
  • Training and Workshops
  • Mediation & Conflict Resolutions Services
  • SAP INDOT-Substance Abuse Professional

If you are experienced and interested in providing services for any of our specialized services networks, please contact Provider Relations at 1-866-925-5730.
